By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product or service from Home Decor Express, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General
   • These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, services, transactions, and interactions with Home Decor Express.
   • By confirming an order or making a payment, the customer acknowledges full acceptance of these terms.
   • Management reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Sales Policy
   • All products sold by Home Decor Express are final.
   • Goods once sold will not be taken back, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
   • This includes customized, made-to-order, or specially procured items.

3. Pricing & Order Confirmation
   • All prices displayed or quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
   • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written or digital confirmation from the customer.
   • Any additional requests or modifications after confirmation may attract extra charges.

4. Payment Terms
   • Full order value must be paid before delivery or installation.
   • For orders with a delivery period exceeding 15 days, a minimum of 50% advance payment is mandatory at the time of order confirmation.
   • The balance amount must be cleared before dispatch, delivery, or installation.
   • Failure to make timely payments may result in order delay or cancellation without liability to the company.

5. Mode of Payment
   • Online payments are accepted only through the official Home Decor Express bank account.
   • The company shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized or third-party accounts.
   • Customers are advised to verify payment details prior to remittance.

6. Delivery, Dispatch & Transportation
   • All goods are dispatched at the sole risk of the consignee.
   • Home Decor Express’s responsibility ends once the material is booked with the transporter, delivered to the site, or installed.
   • Any delay caused by transportation, logistics, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances shall not be the responsibility of the company.

7. Risk & Damage
   • The company shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
   • Any claims related to transit damage must be raised directly with the transporter or insurance provider, if applicable.

8. Installation & Site Readiness
   • Installation services are subject to site readiness and suitable working conditions.
   • Any additional work due to site constraints, civil modifications, electrical changes, or delays will be charged extra.
   • The company shall not be responsible for delays arising from site-related issues.

9. Warranty & Service
   • Home Decor Express provides a 1-Year Service Warranty on all products from the date of delivery or installation.
   • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
   • Spare parts and consumables will be charged at actual cost and are not covered under free warranty.
   • Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, electrical fluctuations, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

10. Maintenance & Usage
    • Customers are responsible for proper usage and regular maintenance of products.
    • Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
    • Failure to follow recommended care guidelines may void the warranty.

11. Cancellations
    • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
    • In exceptional cases, cancellation may be permitted solely at management discretion.
    • The advance amount may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the stage of order processing.

12. Limitation of Liability
    • Home Decor Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the value of the product supplied.

13. Intellectual Property
    • All designs, content, images, drawings, and materials are the intellectual property of Home Decor Express.
    • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
    • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts as determined by the management.

15. Management Rights
    • All rights are reserved.
    • Management reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
    • These Terms & Conditions may be modified without prior notice.
